EarnFest is a one-day festival of business and contemporary performing arts that takes place in Chester House Estate, Claudius Way, Little Irchester, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 2DH. In addition to contemporary music, the festival hosts live entertainment, education, earning opportunities, dance, comedy, theatre, circus, cabaret, and other arts. Leading well-known artists will headlined EarnFest, alongside many other acts appearing on smaller stages and performance areas. Films and albums recorded at EarnFest will be released, as a result of the festival receiving extensive television and newspaper coverage.

EarnFest is attended by around 15,000 to 20,000 people, requiring extensive infrastructure in terms of security, transport, water, and electricity supply. The majority of staff are volunteers, helping the festival to raise needed funds for various charity organisations.
